Hilly Fields house is the extensive renovation of a large 3-storey Victorian villa in the Brockley Conservation Area. The proposal seeks to adapt this 19th century building for modern day use for a large family, whilst retaining the essence of the historic fabric and detailing that is characterful of the era.
